Irregular periods

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I had my periods 3 weeks back and it continued for 10 days. I took Trapic tablet and bleeding stopped. Now bleeding started again. Offlate I notice that my weight has been increasing. I took T3-T4-TSH test for Thyroid and found the results are within the nornal range. I also took USG Abdomen scan and the report states "Tiny nabothian cyst see in in cervix" and "Possibility of right endometriotic cyst". Please let me know what is your diagnosis of the problem. Thanks.
