Irregular periods & leg swelling

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Before nine months ago. After miscarriage by medicine continue 10-12 days irregular blooding then taken physical abortion by doctors. After that swelling in leg was observed and irregularities in the monthly period as well. Now its from 5 months period not comes yet and after some standing work also getting pain in leg and sweeling. Kindly help
