Irregular menstruation

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I took a pill on 30th June after that my menstruation are irregular . And now I am feeling heavily bloated in my stomach as if there is something but I have done USG on 11th July there was nothing but POCS . Home pregnancy test also came negative three times last I took test on 21st July it was also negative. But why I am feeling so full as my tummy is extended . No other symptoms of pregnancy . Please tell me should I again go for USG .if needed . Thanks
