Menstruation
I've menstrual related issues. Sometimes I get it after 2month , but the next period is after 1 month...but next is after 1month 15 days. I don't think I have pcod or pcos because I'm not gaining any weight or any weight loss , no pimples on face too(clear skin) , no more facial hair (as these are main symptoms). I don't have any such symptoms. But still the period is irregular. What should I do? Lifestyle changes or consult a gynaecologist?

Cycle length can vary between 22 to 35 days. Since it is more in your case, Lifestyle modification is needed along with some hormonal test and an ultrasound for diagnosis.
