Irregular flow, irregular cycle.

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I was on birth control pills for 6 months from last year to regularise my monthly cycles. Since I left it in march, my periods stayed on time, but the flow has been irregular. Last month it was fine & this time it has been very scanty. This happens every alternate month. Is it normal to happen? Why is one month with normal flow and the next one with less bleed & then again the next month normal every time? Please guide.
