A reduction in menstrual flow or duration can be normal in some women, especially if your cycles are still regular (every 21–35 days).
Stress, weight gain ?
Healthy lifestyle, balanced nutrition, and adequate sleep.
I will definitely ask is your normal pattern is normal first
If your cycles remain regular and you have no other symptoms, a lighter period alone is not necessarily a cause for concern.
Next Steps

The only pathological reason for less flow during period is hypothyroidism
get your thyroid levels checked
Also make sure that you are BMI is in the healthy range
If your thyroid levels are normal and your BMI is in the normal range then the reduction in flow during your periods is not a matter of concern and cannot be treated
This could probably be hormonal issue or stress related, u being in medical professional field
