Irregular fever and vomiting

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My nephew is 1 Yr 8 months old. Since last 5 days he is having irregular fever and vomiting. He is looking quite weak and less active. Here are the reports after a few tests. Please suggest me his diet and reason of illness . Thanks a lot.
