Asked for Female, 20 Years

Me and my girlfriend used to have protected sex but last month she got her periods late and in starting the blood was like dark black and periods lasted for 4-5 days but after some days of that she bleeds again, and she bleed today also after 20 days of last period I don't know if this is normal or what is the problem please help me I'm in a vulnerable situation
