Iron transferrin saturation
My haemoglobin is 9.7 and Iron is 20 % transferrin saturation is 5 TIBC is 377 What can I do? Kindly help

Iron being low can be sign of underlying disease especially malabsorption U need an endoscopy and a colonoscopy with biospy, else the iron levels can drop again after replenishment
