Ipill worked or not?

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had intercourse one week after my periods and took ipill within 24hrs. After some days i noticed my breasts were hurting and felt tender. After 12-14 days of taking ipill I have severe pain in my legs with slight pain in lower abdomen and back Also my discharge is thick sticky and opaque. Should I be worried . Are there any chances of pregnancy.
