Ipill in 50hours and change in body temp

My girlfriend took ipill in exact 48 hours after having sex although we used condom but the lower part of the condom was little wet so we thought there might be a leak so she took ipill, now it's 7th day after taking that pill and she's feeling a little change in body temperature it gets warm and then back to normal so is it something to worry about? And when is she gonna have discharge bleeding?
