Iotim 0.5% eye drops
I have been using iotim 0.5% for the past three weeks due to high IOP(steroid responder after prk surgery) so from past three days I am feeling tired like less energy is it normal or anything to be concerned because I need to use this for next 3 months until my last steriods

Doesn’t look like significant side effect. High IOP can be dangerous as if may cause permanent vision loss. Still if you feel timolol not suitable for you-there are alternative eye drops like prostaglandin analogues eg travoprost or latanoprost eye drops that you can use for lowering your eye pressure

Good afternoon sir Iotim is a safe drug to control eye pressure. But it should not be used in patients with asthma, breathing problem and heart problem. Sometimes iotim is used in combination with brimonidine. Brimonide can result in drowsiness.
