Inxaity from taking prozac

Hello doctors My father has been taking prozac for his inxaity for 4 years and now he is trying to quit, he has been of the prozac for 3 months now, but the inxaity and the fears has increased, he can not handle it any more, is there any other drug that can help him quit with out being addicted to it?
