Intrusive thoughts ocd,
Ending up doing things which i don't want to, i feel fine for one week, then it always gets worse. so i don't really know who i am and i keep on changing. forgetting simple things. feeling paralyzed at least weekly once where i can't move my own body and it requires lot of effort to make an action. intrusive thoughts are mental images of sexual organs and it scares me, so i end up not talking to anyone as it gets triggered.
