Hello doctor
I am currently suffering from ocd.
I am taking consultations from doctor but at night nothing seems right
I cannot control my thoughts
Most of the time negative thoughts are so much negative to words my family that i cannot control it.
I am trying to give me pain so that i can distract my self .
Either am punching on the wall or on my face
Earlier i was able to challenge my thoughts as mam said that you will have to challenge it
But nowadays its getting out of control.
