Hi, I have 5.4*5.6 cm intramural fibroid. I had a miscarriage of 16 weeks. Please suggest any treatment. I do not have any child. My age is 28 years. Is there any disadvantage of laser operation.

Intramural fibroid of 5 cm cn lead to problems in furture.. However miscarriage most likely would not hv occurred due to that.also i couldn't see intramural written on ultrasound report. You cn go a laproscopic myomectomy or you cn starightaway try to conceive also. I would suggest conceiving directly a better option..
