There doesn't seem to be much connection between Thyroid and intestines. The only thing is that Hypothyroid patients are constipated and Hyperthyroidism patients may have diarrhoea. Thyronorm may not cure intestinal ulcers.
If you are having any intestinal issues like constipation due to hypothyroidism, it will subside with treatment
But other intestinal things are not affected greatly
