Internal tremors and vibrations
Please it's an urgent.Im suffering from internal tremors and shakiness something like current-electricity flowing inside me.Dont know if it's something related to anxiety or a vitamin deficiency disease.sometimes,feeling slight pain in areas like left chest and upper abdomen.Apart from that,I'm all weekend that is muscles are loosened and feeling softy than before.Sometimes, feeling suffocating, while doing works such as reading,etc.Please doctor, suggest me some tips and medicines for the same, as there were lockdowns going on.
