Intermittent itching throughout body

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I had a fungal infection in crotch few years back. First this was only on skin and later it developed into itching throughout body. This is still persistent. It comes under control when i take fluconazole but as soon as i stop skin itches again. Which type of doctor should i consult fir for this problem?
