Intermittent disaffection, egoistic beha
Married for 12 years, often make my better half feel sad because of my behaviour, of not giving her love and affection to the degree she expects. Certainly I know sometimes am letting her down. Probably because of my egoistic behaviour and something else i keep on disappointing her. Ofcourse I know I have to change but that's hardly happening with me. Even I doubt this has had an affect on our marital life also. Want to really change myself so that I am affectionate to my wife and my beautiful cute kids. Need to consult someone but don't know who to!

Yours seems to be more of a personality disorder problem.  Ideally you should consult a Psychotherapist and relationship counselor.  But make sure you find some one who is located not far from you.
