Intensive hair loss and baldness

The density of the hair has reduced intensively in the past 1.5 years and started to form baldness. I'm applying onion and garlic on my head weekly twice for 3 weeks and I'm not satisfied. I need an expert advice for this problem. I've been using Rootz M5 medicine for over 3 years but not used continuously. I've also taken some tablets with doctors
