  4. Intense pain on left abdomen. Help me.

Intense pain on left abdomen
I am 25 years old n i have very sharp pain in my left abdomen. It feels like someone is cutting me using knife from inside. I did colonoscopy but my intestine is normal. I did sonography and that also shows normal. I suffer from irregular periods. And idk wat to do more. Could it b because of ovarian cancer. Please i dont want to miss any chances. Please help me.

It could be due to renal calculus which could be small and not picked up on scan.
