Intense lower back pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Did anal two days ago for the first time in a few years. No issues during. The day after I began to experience intense lower back pain at night for about 20 minutes then it went away. This morning I had the same pain but it made me need to poop and almost vomit. Pain is temporarily relieved when I apply pressure to it.
