Intense hair loss

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have started hair fall at the age of 15. The quality of my hair is fine but the hair is damaged. Why m saying it as damaged because the strands are very weak as the thickness is very less. So that's why my roots could not hold the strands. Also I have tried all the medication but could not get proper results. My hair volume is very less and it is less dense. I don't want to loose my hair. My eating habits are very good and I take care of myself properly. Please help me with the intense hair fall. ThankYou.
