Intense chest pain should I worry or not

Asked for Female, 18 Years

About an hour ago I experienced an episode of chest pain. It was like a huge pressure or like a belt that was tightening around my chest and squeezed everything on the inside of my chest. It would be there for a couple of minutes and then fade away, linger for a while and a second, third and fourth wave would hit me. All this took about 45 minutes and now I am okay but wonder if I should worry or not

Kindly rush to a cardiologist. This is certainly ischemic heart pain and may be angina or even an attack of heart attack. This is a medical emergency. Kindly don't overlook this. Be careful if u are obese. Young patients can also suffer from cardiac problems. Apart this may be a simple gas problem however I cannot ascertain until I examine u.
