My 3 month old son weighed 3.1 kg on birth.Later he was diagnosed with sepsis and recovered in a week.Today he is 3 month old his weight is 4.3kg.He's on breastfeed and formula as well(75 ml) 4 times a day.We give him MITS oil as well for weight gain.His height 62 came and head circumference is 41cms.Wanted to know why he's not gaining much weight.Can sepsis be the reason?Also he's quiet active as well.His legs and hand look thin.Kindly advise for the same.Thank you.
