Hi, Sleep is a regenerator. Sound sleep is essential part of life. You have not mentioned anything other than sleeping problem. Rather if you don't sleep well then the next day ought to be terrible. Is this a persistent problem or something that has come up recently. Remedy depends on the severity and duration of the issue. I am sure you must have tried sleeping pills.
Next Steps
Kindly meet a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.
Health Tips
Follow Sleep hygiene: small meals, no heavy dinner, no day time napping, sound and comfortable bed and surroundings while sleeping, no tea coffee after 5 pm, physical exercise, hot water bath before bed. All the best. Regards, Dr. Priyadarshani Jain

Hi.... Exercise and stay active. Activity helps promote a good night's sleep. Get at least 20 to 30 minutes of vigorous exercise daily at least five to six hours before bedtime..... Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine. All of these can make it harder to sleep. Avoid caffeine after lunchtime. Avoiding alcohol can help prevent restless sleep and frequent awakenings.... Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends.....
