Short professional reply (psychiatrist style): Your reported sugar values are mostly within or near normal range. Mild fluctuations alone usually do not cause persistent insomnia. Stress, anxiety, irregular sleep schedule, excessive screen use, caffeine, or health-related worry can also disturb sleep. If low sugar symptoms (sweating, palpitations, tremors) occur, consult a physician/endocrinologist for evaluation. Meanwhile, maintain regular meals, avoid late-night caffeine, and follow proper sleep hygiene. If insomnia persists beyond 1–2 weeks or anxiety is prominent, a psychiatric consultation would be helpful.

This is a condition which needs to be evaluated in person. You need to consult an endocrinologist in person who might advise you some rest before finally concluding the assessment and would plan further management accordingly/depending on the underlying cause. Insomnia associated with hypoglycemia would be simultaneously tackled by the treating doctor.
Next Steps
Consult an endocrinologist or if not available nearby, you can consult a physican
