I am an IT professional and I love playing football .I wait for a whole week just to play football early morning every Saturday .But soon after the work out I have trouble sleeping.I change positions,eat honey and do everything which will help me sleep but I couldn't sleep at all.Not only after football I have trouble sleeping when I'm really tired too which in turn causes a lot of stress.
Experts please provide some tips to counter this problem
