I am a 20 year male having no diseases.During the past 4-5 years I Can't sleep in night until it's 4-5am no matter how tired I am .I am student who have to remain awake till late night and my exams have been approaching near so I thought I should study in these time if I can't sleep but my brain doesn't tends to focus on studies either.neither it let's me sleep... due to which my daily routine gets messed up and I am not able to contribute into proper study time table...please suggest me what to do? while studying I am not able to focus... please help me to overcomes this problem .Any help will be appreciated

Sleep disturbance for 4 -5 years . Have to rule out physical causes of sleep disturbance, and following proper sleep habits . Then we have to look for psychological causes of sleep disturbance . If there is no contributing factors , then treat as insomnia , might require short term medication to regularise .
