Insecured and nervousness with neighbour

I feel nervous and loose confidence when my neighbor lady stands. She always tries to put me down and gossip.I try and avoid everytime but her gossip never stops. Example yesterday one person in our building was sick. Iwent to visit that patient... Purposely this lady also came and stood there. When I came back she also returned home and laughed with her husband.How to deal please help
