I hope you are doing well. I am currently taking 100 mg of
thyroid medication daily in the morning on an empty stomach. Additionally, I exercise thrice a week and am trying to manage my weight.
I have recently heard that Omega-3 fatty acids are beneficial for overall health and can be taken even by individuals with thyroid conditions. I wanted to check with you if it would be safe for me to take an Omega-3 supplement. If so, could you please advise on the appropriate dosage,which one and what the best time to take it, and how long I should continue using it?
