Injury to the Testicles

Hello I am a 18yr old male. About 7 months ago I had an injury to the testicles. I went to a general physician and explained him everything he said everything was fine , I went to a urologist and also got an ultrasound , everything turned out to be fine. But even after all this I felt like there was mild numbness from the left testicle to the left side of the penis , although I feel like the numbness has reduced with time , the sensitivity of the right of the penis is more as compared to the left side as I have checked multiple times. I am worried about the left side of the penis pls help.
