My father was injured on heel by some hard thing...there is a big pain till now...bt his x-ray report is normal... So what would be the best option to do for him???

It may just be a bruise/ soft tissue injury. However, sometimes minor fractures may not be detected in elderly people. Apply crepe bandage, ice and limit his walking for few days.
