Injury in spermatic cord
Around one year ago I got an injury in inguinal area spermatic cord. After that the whole spermatic cord throughout waist swollen and very much paining.
I did USG but nothing significantly show there . But it's swollen hurt to touch . Paining very much slightly pressure put on it . pant wear, driving or bike riding it's paining. After masterbation or night fall it's paining very much. 4 months ago in colour Doppler ultrasound it's shows varicocele 1 but while injury happened nothing shows there . I am very depressed how it will.cure it's paining very much. Please help.me.doctor. also I did CT scan but nothing shows there .
