Hello doctor My grandfather got injured while walking in the park with a branch of tree The skin got peeled off and some part of the skin was attached with the arm He sticked the skin back although he is 76 years old so please suggest some way to heal the wound fast and easily

You should go to a Surgical clinic in your area. Why I am not enumerating about what all you should do in your house is because I know that you will not be able to follow aseptic precautions. And infection is one factor which will ruin the process of healing. So please don't try to learn first aid in this case. Let him be treated by experts.

*Take TT injection 1.First clean the wound with soap and water. 2.Then clean the wound with betadine liquid. 3.Then apply neosporin power on it. 4.Take Tab Augmentin 625 mg three times in a day after food for 5 days. 5.Tab pantop D-sr twice in a day for 5 day's. 6.Tab paracitamol 650 mg 3 times in a day for 3 days. Then sos.
