Injury caused by glasses

I don't understand what kind of allergy or injury this is. But I think it's because of my glasses that I started using around 2-3 weeks ago. I've uploaded the picture of the said frame too. I think it's because of the nose-pads. It doesn't itch or hurt but it looks really ugly. Kindly inform some way to remove this
