Mri done at 9 sep partial acl break suggest knee brace and some medicine I cal stant proper without brace it is possible that can be treat without sugary what I do it goes almost 30 days

It depends on how much is your acl torn ., and should know the status of remaining ligaments and meniscus of knee., And yes if partial tear of acl without any other injuries to ligaments and bone medical management with physiotherapy for 6 weeks in brace
