Ingrow Toenail
My ingrow toenail grow back after surgey but this time k cut the nail by side so they can't affect but i use stainless steel ( pedicure tools) to cut down the nail but my skin going more reddish I don't have any medical history or don't have any allergy everything fine. Anyone plz suggest me medicine

Meds wont help, need to go for surgery,
