I was diasgoned with cadidiasis in genital part. After taking lactobacillus and lulifin cream with Af40p for more than a month there is relief but still swelling is there on glan and it is accompanied with irritation and sensation in glan of penis . What should i do why i am not getting completely fit even after taking medicine for more than a month.

Are you married. If yes then your partner has to take treatment simultaneously. Use ketoconazole cream twice daily and take oral fluconazole 150 mg once in week for 8 weeks. Important thing is tell your partner to take treatment along with you.
