Hi, i am low on confidence, unable to speak my mind clearly with organised thoughts, cant focus on day to day activities and get lost in other thought from past, fumble while multitasking. However in my own time i have capability deep dive and analyse things well and thats a slow process. Fumble my way while doing mind maths. Thoughts from past often bring a sense of shame and self loathing. I need to get over this to improve myself as a person and be a progressive mind and ever developing mind.
