Info about black raisins
Hi, Plz suggest which black raisins is good seedless or with seed ?? Now overnight I soak seedless black raisins and at morning add half cup hot water in dat and have it in empty stomach. Now my question is which one will b better? Seedless or with seed black raisins and why ?

Hi It always recommended to have seeded ones instead of seedless , as seeded ones are more nutritionally dense when compared to seedless and are from a proper crop... No need to add hot water to them again, instead you can consume directly along with the overnight soaked water without throwing that water...for more benefit... Thankyou
