Inflammation in urethtral

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Iam sexually active on 16 december after few days i got UTI symptoms burning sensation in bladder and urethtra and frequent urination. After taking some antibiotics symtoms was improving but all time i have inflammation in urethtra and feeling go for urine is due to a STD ? Because i do test urine routine and culture, USG, but all normal. No discharge but symptoms is inflammation in urethtra... I search on internet its showing urethritis is due to STD... ? Kindly tell me iam facing issue from one month.
