I am having inflammation at both side of my kidney area from last 20 to 25 days after having antibiotics treatment for my gastritis. My kft and urine test report is normal. I am attaching my report. Please guide me what to do next? CT scan or ultrasound for diagnosis of inflammation.

If you are having symptoms localizing to flank both side, an imaging is mandatory to rule out pathology. Get an ultrasound abdomen asap and review with a Nephrologist.
