Inflammation and redness in my testicles

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello sir there is severe inflammation and redness on my testicles (both) skin. So I feel very uncomfortable. Is Doxycycline lactic acid best medicine for treat it ?? If No then please tell me other best antibiotics.
