While visiting a psychiatrist is a good way to screen the clinical aspect of what you are experiencing , a simultaneous in-depth analysis by a psychotherapist of your symptoms and the history around it , creating a structured approach will help you navigate through your mental emotional behavioral aspects. Understanding all your beliefs, values , positive intentions, past experiences , suppressed emotions and thoughts can be understood with the required therapeutic interventions.
Next Steps
Visiting a psychotherapist where your symptoms are taken into consideration and the causal factors behind it . Depending on the extent of the problem you may be referred to a psychiatrist to consider medication if needed
