I have been told to get rf microneedling treatment for my acne scars.
I am looking for a dermatologist who has this equipment and can do the treatment with previous success records.

Co2 laser is better in my opinion. You can call me and visit my clinic for proper examination and treatment advice. I have done may cases with my machine.

RF microneedling works for acne scars - that's true- but the response takes more time and is slightly less effective compared to CO2 laser . This is why prefer using FDA approved CO2 laser at my clinic to effectively treat and reduce acne scars at my clinic.
Also scar assessment would be needed because sometimes scars also have a deep dermal fibrous band which needs to be broken with subcision. Examination of the scars would be needed to comment appropriately. Hope this was helpful.
