I am trying to get pregnant since 4 years. Feels like everyone around me do not have issues in getting pregnant but me. I think I am over stressed. I feel no one is with me in this journey and struggle. I try to be normal but I overthink about this. I want people around me to behave and become as I want. If they do not I get stressed and start thinking negatively. Cry many times unnecessarily. I cannot be healthy of I am in constant pressure. Can I try to expect less from people around me and be happy on my own? I have already asked my husband to be more attentive but seems this is a pressure on him. He do not talk to me much.. Am I expecting too much from him? I just feel like running from all this situation.

Trying to get pregnant is a stressful time. You must be under a lot of uncertainty and pressure- hoping for positive tests, while continuously keeping up treatment. Just out of curiosity- are you taking any hormonal treatments? That can add to your mood swings! Taking your frustrations out on others is only going to push them away further, leaving you more isolated. Letting them know that you're going through a rough patch, and asking for specific ways in which they can support is a better option.
