Infertility treatment
Dear Sir/Mam , I am 29 yrs married man , we are planning baby since last 2 years but unable to conceive, meanwhile my wife was diagnosed with TB and she is under treatment for tb since last 3 months, as of now she is taking INH300, Rifa450 Etha600 and Pyrazinamide 750. Doctor advised to complete treatment wid same drug for 6 month , we have been married for 4 yrs. And want a baby at earliest we had 3 IUIs also but all negative, gynaecologist say her ovaries are a little bit bulky. Rest all reports are normal including HSG. Her AMH is 4 , but her periods are not regular sometimes it gaps one month. Or gets after taking meparate 10 mg. Now doctor advised to go for laparoscopy. What to do ...I am totally confused, should I go for IVF right now or have to wait for further IUI or laparoscopy. Semen analysis is also normal

Stop all fertility treatment now.. Just finish the course of tuberculosis treatment without fail. This is more important and very much required. If you discontinue the course then u might go into resistant stage where you need to undergo 9 months treatment and also a stage where there will be no drugs.... So the plan of action will be 1) finish DOTS 2) then fertility treatment. Laparoscopy is not advisable at this stage especially when HSG is normal
