In your case raised TSH and prediabetic condition is not a reason for Infertility. Its idiopathic or unexplained primary Infertility.
Your susceptibility and constitution has to be corrected. It is possible only via Homoeopathy. Your Husband's hormone levels, semen quality and susceptibility has to be in balanced stage.
